Pros
It is a nice place to work during the earlier years of your career. You learn a lot about how the business is, the processes. It is also a great place to gain deep technical expertise.
Cons
Nokia doesn't make its employees feel valuable. The salary is always at the lowest level compared to its competitors in each country. Internal documentation is very weak, not so easy to reach the confidential information, therefore difficult to manage your work.
