      Great people and a can-do mindset. Leading technology and high investment in R&D

      Cons

      Held back still by complex legacy processes and tools, mostly still running NSN and Alcatel-Lucent processes and tools in parallel which creates extra work. Projects to simplify exist but take too long to implement.
