Mobbing on every level, especialy if you consider yourself female, or part of minority - jokes abot you, your look, your work, your abilities are everyday fun; Microagressions, gaslighting, uneven salary, no possibilty to get a raise, co-workers stealing your ideas, constant pressure, micromanagement. It is demanded and taken into project costs that engineers will do overtime hours, you are obligated to work past your work time, and if you do not do that - it will punish your yearly benefit. It is not worth the average money they pay.
