Pros
Its a hughe company and you have almost endless possibilities to choose your career path, country, organization, function etc. The colleagues are the best - mainly. The team spirit and feeliong of doing things together is high.
Cons
In some organizations the "domestic policy" overrules everything else and its forbidden to use your brains. Middle management is eager to save their own ash only. Some people do not see far enough and easily save a cent here and waste an euro there.
