Pros
Great benefits, like paid tuition, and tining for those that need it in thier jobs. Wonderful people and team culture makes it easy to come to work.
Cons
Things move too slowly, we locked ourselves into Windows phone for 5 years, and further depleted our Market share so much that MS bought Nokia for pennies on the dollar.
