401k and bonus are very competitive. work flexible and you can work at home if your manager is okay.
Cons
Need work late or over weekend to meet the deadline. There is very little salary increase, even that, Nokia delay for one year. very limited space at office. No cafe, no gym. There is no job-security with this company.
