Amadora office location - it is not well served by public transportation and is still distant from Lisbon. The location is quite distant from interesting points to eat at lunch or to feel a vibrant working environment that would be a must for a tech company. Nokia is not performing well in the stock market and should be more updated in terms of process and tools. Nokia decision making is a heavy road ! Which delays everything.
