Good package (about industry average), bonus, insurance, gym membership, relatively new cellphone, laptop. Reasonable office space and location Flexible schedule
Cons
Some places have a better package. Reorgs happen too often Not many opportunities for prof development and career growth. Too many management layers, hence - political struggle on every level. Inefficiency induces extra hours and stress.
