      Pros

      Option to work fully remotely, as an intern was under no under any time pressure at all, I could work anytime I wanted as long as I got work done by the end of the week.

      Cons

      Not a lot of help regarding the new tasks that you have to learn when starting at the company.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
