Pros
Nokia has very good PTO policy and 401(k) match (though it has been reduced recently). The work hours are flexible.
Cons
The management doesn't seem to have a plan or vision for the future and definitely no loyalty to employees. They have hired some new grads who all left within 18 months, and continually cut valued experienced employees. Those who stay have no future or promise of career advancement.
