Pros
Good for people who wants to settle down in less way. Work life balance is there. Good learning opportunities for 2-3 yrs post which it becomes stagnant.
Cons
Nokia is no longer what it was previously. Hikes have reduced. Growth is restricted for people above 10-12 yrs of experience. Management is mostly focussed on companys growth rather than encouraging individual's growth. Job security is not there.
