Pros
Good benefits and a pretty liberal PTO policy (two weeks vacation time plus one week PTO, plus two weeks sick time).
Cons
Information from upper management isn't shared with line-level employees, so you're constantly hit with crises or policy changes from out of the blue. There is so much bureaucracy that it takes a minimum of three weeks to close even the simplest of bugs. There's also so much internal turmoil: reorgs every six months or fewer, constant threat of layoffs.
