Pros
Nolan Financial has been growing steadily over the past decade. The work is pretty easy. After a few months you know what your doing. I felt like I was paid well for the role and they constantly review the benefits to ensure it meets the needs of their employees. 401k match and 15 days starting PTO and 18 days once you pass 1 year. Also, they have flexible work hours and appointment leave for when you need it. I would definitely recommend, they are all really nice and accommodating.
Cons
Did not feel particularly challenged. Work got repetitive after a year.
