-You feel on edge in the office. People get fired at the drop of a hat and will get written up for being 1 minute late.
-Changes happen often and too quickly to keep up with. Your position may change literally overnight and you have a new team/leader the next morning.
- Being in operations, there is no room for growth. Literally, none. You don't see any compensation for all of the behind-the-scenes work you do for the brokers (who make all of the commission).
- The atmosphere here is completely unprofessional, the NTG office itself and most of the customers/carriers you talk to on a daily basis.
- Management is slowly eliminating all of the incentives of working for NTG. We no longer have happy hours, out of office events, beer in the office on Fridays, etc.
- I have worked at NTG for 1.5 years, and I know maybe 5 people that are happy in the office.
