      Pros

      Legitimate love for pups and kitties! This company is real and doesn’t hide behind a bunch of false promises. They stand behind their product and love the pets they serve. Supervisors are understanding and there to be helpful for both work and life if you need it. I have experienced nothing but kindness from every person at Nom Nom both in the kitchen and customer service.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are needed for last minute overtime, which isn’t always bad, but can make family time difficult.

      The pay isn’t bad depending on your location

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
