Cons
Development is very badly managed, so the company is not exploiting the latest developments to their full. Entrenched people are holding on to older methods and easily pulling the wool over the eyes of the inept middle-management. This is easily done these days since most businesses are teaming with self-serving manager types who do not thoroughly understand their industry sector. It's a great pity for a company that has been a leader in its field.
