Pros

Nice colleagues that are hard working and facing enormous challenges with positiveness

Cons

No respect for people's life, terrible working conditions (sometimes against all safety and health rules), stretching people to the maximum of their tolerance, travel conditions that are below any nomal small business standard (try and find a room costing less than 100£ in some cities, with no compensation at all for personal expenses such as phone), managers take credit for all people hard work, while those people saved them from a catastrophy following their very poor management decisions or inactions, no career perspective: if someone can be uses to 200% in a position, why bother give him a promotion? leave him there ! and paradoxally, there are more managers than the base, which makes the company very unbalanced, and decisions taking long

Pros

Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

Cons

More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
