Pros
You’re treated like an adult and your opinions really do matter. I’ve worked for much larger companies previously where you are just a number. This is not the case with Nomad, because they are still evolving and finding the best way to accomplish tasks, it’s impossible for such a small company to NOT take your views on board. Things have changed a lot over the past 12 months and they’ve really started to execute plan in to improve every aspect of the company. I’ve worked with Nomad for a very long time, and to be honest I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. It’s good for progression, the workloads are always interesting & the products themselves are interesting to work with. Yes, any company will happily let you work all the hours under the sun if you want to. But again, like any other company it’s perfectly acceptable to strike a perfect work / home life balance if you want to.
Cons
Still fine-tuning processes, which means things can be a bit chaotic at times, but show me a company where that doesn't happen!
