      Started off good before a change in management.

      Cons

      Nomad are a company which pays very little for what is expected of you. There is very little if not any acknowledgement for going above and beyond as it is expected. Constant resources issues and interference requires people to pick up additional job roles to support

      Pros

      Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

      Cons

      More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
