Pros
I joined several months ago and it has been a fantastic experience so far. The work is extremely interesting, the people are very intelligent and very helpful. I have a great deal of freedom to get on with work and everyone is keen to implement new things. The strategy & vision for the future are inspiring and many brilliant people have recently joined with a real passion for Nomad's technical capability - these appear to be times of high growth and a very exciting place for the right people. Managers are keen to shape the company and listen to everyone's voice, and senior managers are trying hard to empower people and support in the right way.
Cons
So much to do and so interesting, you have to be strict with yourself in not letting work take over your life! A nice problem to have if you enjoy your work.
