- Some friendly and down to earth people - Flexible

- Poor management with absolutely no communication. Any problems that you have will NEVER be answered - Despite the office having a rule to speak English as the main language, I can assure you English is NOT the main language - Absolutely no team spirit here with the company, this shows as employee turnover is quite high and they struggle to hire new people - Awful pay with no chance of raise no matter how good your performance is. If you ask they say they will think about it but that means no - I have listened to one of the manager's lie to get a restaurant to sign up with them. You cannot trust most of these people - CEO does NOT know how to run the company, what I see is most of these people who work here have very wealthy families and they are just kind of here without any care - Be careful when you offer help to other people, I found that people took advantage of this and began pushing their responsibilities onto you - They do not keep their words for scheduling, grave yard shifts were promised to be shared however you will soon find out that you are always the one getting them! - Some managers say they are going out for "work" however in reality they are going out to have lunch or hang out with their friends - I have heard a manager call an employee names such as "stupid, ignorant, etc" in front of them. There is no respect here - One notable manager who was in charge of paying employees was incompetent when it came to simple addition mathematics. My pay cheque was always incorrect and it takes longer and longer for each pay cheque to come in. There is absolutely no consistency so don't expect to be paid on Friday... Also this manager forgot 10 hours of my pay and wasn't acknowledged until I brought it to their attention. The list goes on and on... avoid working here for either Nomme or their new product ClickDishes... same management same garbage.
