Pros

You have the possibility to gain a lot of experience They give you responsibilities from the second day you are there Very good training Managers (at least mine) helped me a lot on my journey here Constant feedback on how to get better Very good commissions and bonuses HR is terrific- if you need any help they will sort it out

Cons

Is not for everybody - in the first 3 months try to really understand if you like recruitment per se A lot on emphasis on KPI’s which lead to a “quantity over quality approach” (but on the other side they still have to make sure you are working so I understand why they are doing that)

Thanks for the positive feedback. As the new CEO I am doing what I can to improve things but I am not sure what I can do about the local cafe 🤔

Pros

What I appreciate the most is the wide scope of action & responsibilities: - Candidate mapping & contacting, - Market Building (building a network and understanding the areas drivers) - Prospect identification until client on-boarding for Perm and Consulting, - Contract Tailoring Management, - Marketing (adverts, internet search tactics, LinkedIn, other, ...) - CRM building and tailoring (quality of the data, number of data & data management), - Management & Business Training, - Process automation (Emails, Excel, Internet, LinkedIn,...), - Coaching and Support for management especially, - ...

Cons

What goes with autonomy is perhaps less process driven so one can feel overwhelmed but if the energy and drive is there all can be done in time even in a this challenging Sales environment.
