      Dispatchers and a few other technicians were nice

      Cons

      No ability to move up, had to bring your own tools, told by management to lie to customers about arrival times and pricing, almost no training, anti-labor sentiment from the management

      Pros

      Jessica, the office manager, is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with. Shimon, the owner, cares about his crew. We had several nice company outing.

      Cons

      I'm glad that I waited to submit this, perspective is key. I really wanted the manager position that was open for some time but I've realized my place is in the field.
