Remote work and 401K match

Mass layoffs of people who dedicated their time and experience. During my time here, I often saw people not only get laid off in bulk but also those same jobs later reopening just a few weeks later. I'm sure noodle isn't the only one to do this but, literally every year since I was there I've only seen this. Which means they aren't just firing and rehiring people for cheaper, this also means there's no growth, and at a certain point they won't be able to afford you anymore. It is a sinking ship and won't last long with how they treat their workers. It is unfortunate I have to leave a bad review like this when I loved the work I did there and the people I had the pleasure to work with.
