      -Flexible hours -Weekly wellness classes (free) -Genuine, nice people -The work we do does help people

      Cons

      -Low pay & no bonuses -Very high caseloads at times -Constant changing protocol can get a little messy -Rarely openings to try new roles and if there is it is often only with a week's notice so you have to make quick decision -You essentially have to volunteer time in other areas of the company outside of normal job description to get promoted

      Great company to work for, hybrid schedule, generous PTO, office snacks

      Let me start by saying Noom has been the best job I ever had. That being said, the culture has been slowly changing. A few years ago we got a new CEO and he's been bringing in all his people from his previous company. At this point half of the company is from the CEO's previous company. Not necessarily a bad thing on its own, except that the people that come from his previous company are receiving preferential treatment when it comes to promotions, salary, opportunities. At the same time, people who have been at Noom for a long time are bieng put on the back seat, and a lot of people even being pushed out
