I've had a great experience with the management at Noovosoft. They are approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely care about employee development. Regular one-on-ones are done, clear communication about company goals, and transparency during both good and challenging situations. I’ve had a good learning curve where I had technical development as well as leadership skills in just 3 years of experience.
