Nor-Lake utilizes a compensation consulting company which allows them to match the minimum baseline compensation packages at other sub-par facilities in the area, in turn paying and providing their employees with the absolute bare minimum to keep them around. No employee investment. The focus is on a quick profit at all costs, and if that cost is talent, they're fine with it. Deplorable insurance plan. Save what you can, because none of the offered insurance plans will help you. Punishes loyalty and talent. At least 4 times over the past 2 years they have ousted all of their talent. Those of us that they didn't fire for earning too much, ran the second we got a chance.
