      Flexible with days off and doctor appointments and lovely colleagues. Supportive with education, encouraged taking courses to further your career.

      Cons

      Sexist workplace. Paid woman far less. Would offer 'promotions' but wouldn't have a pay increase. Raises don't keep up with inflation.

      Pros

      Lots of high end product in the showroom, hence opportunity to make great commissions. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Warehouse staff is exceptional.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip :( Favourites... Boss yells.
