      Where to begin? Rampant nepotism and favoritism. Completely useless upper management. Terrible benefits. No pay raises. Ever. No direction, no leadership. If they still exist in 12 months, I'll be surprised.

      Complete incompetence from sales to underwriting to executive management. Worst secondary market operation in the industry.
