2yThank you for taking the time to share this feedback about your time so far at Nordcloud. We’d like to address your concerns and provide some insights into the steps we are taking to address them.
Creating a positive and proactive work culture is a priority for us. We recognise that there are areas that still need improvement, but also appreciate your acknowledgement of a strong middle-management layer as this is a vital part of enabling our growth. It’s part of fostering an environment that encourages accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement at scale.
In terms of addressing issues across the business, our Great Place to Work initiative, which began planning in Q4 2022 and rolled out in Q1 2023, has provided valuable insights that we are actively using to implement improvements. We have achieved eight certifications out of ten countries, and we are dedicated to making Nordcloud an even greater place to work.
Additionally, a pulse survey is planned for September to gather further feedback and gauge the progress we have made.
