Nordex offers diversified career paths globally and does not limit individual exposure to management. Nordex has internal programs to find dedicated talents and help prepare them to accept more responsibilities.

Cons

Nordex is becoming more hierarchical which empower mid-management. There will always be few of mid-management whom are managing their department based on their view rather the company global vision. That can become source of conflicts
