Pros
The company in general is (almost astonishingly) honest about the future in terms of layoffs, business outlook, corporate direction. The hierarchy is pretty "flat" and there aren't expensive offices for managers, officers, etc. In fact the only real office other than a cubicle is the president's and that's shared. Company is subsidiary of Nordson, so it has that corporate buffer (Nordson being a really big company). Benefits ok to good.
Cons
Company is subject to market / economic fluctuations in a big way. When the 2008-2009 economic downturn happened, companies stopped needing / buying their product. Managers are generally ok, but can be a bit "inbred" in that they either do not know due to lack of experience or care that doing things like springing reviews on people or giving onetime offhand requests while passing in the corridor that turn out later to be super important is not a good idea.
