Pros
-Culture, the amazing people are why most people stay so long. -Holiday shut down - 1.5 weeks time off during Christmas and New Years on top of PTO -Charity efforts - strong philanthropic program that really supports the community
Cons
-Recently got rid of amazing benefits like profit sharing ($5k to $10k annually) and childcare credit ($2,500 annually). Now have bonus program that is only 3.5% of salary in a good year. -Toxic upper management. Verbally abusive. -Very slow to give promotions.
