They will fire and hire soo frequently it's hard to make any connections as to why and when it WILL happen to you. The cost cutting is creeping its way into the tooling department for CNC which is causing huge dispositions in the operators realm. And ultimately punished as such You will be discerned and utterly discouraged from giving any input from the very first time you do. Well knowing your opinion holds validity. You will learn to just keep your head down and not ask any questions as to avoid the chopping block. The general engineers there have a fantastic workflow with every department but the CNC department. The one programmer there, is in a box and his creative outlet for thinking and designing parts has gone dull at best.
