Pros
Good benefits, easy access to the offices, hybrid working. If you're seeing it a stepping stone for a better career, and you can turn a blind eye to the discrimination you're fine.
Cons
Heavy on the discrimination - ageism, sexism, racism - doesn't show up from the get go, but you are excluded if you are not UK, US, or of Danish background. The underlying attitude is very discriminatory and manipulative. Foreigners do more work without the recognition. Avoid if you want to be recognised for your achievements.
