Pros
- Free coffee - Some of the co-workers are really amazing - Get to test drive all the new cars - Training (not all dealership's even do any, and they have continuous training)
Cons
- Management are salesmen until they die. - Thought it might be different from different dealership's with their big name. - Lie to people in interview's saying the least making salesmen makes $3500 a month. - Not a lot of gross (or so they say) in 90% of the cars, only Ridgeline/Pilot's have a positive gross when sold at sticker price+Tax/License. - Need to sell 20-30 cars just to make over $2000 a month or use dishonest methods such as "stealing their trade-in" to make yourself gross on a deal.
