      Fail to realize middle managers and some upper management aren't qualified or are poor leaders. They lost quite a few good lower management and workers due to unchecked situations.

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!
