Pros
I liked the people and our managers were okay. The benefits package was good.
Cons
Very Bad pay. For what they want from you the bonuses are bad. The programs we use crash all the time and they still get on us for numbers. The managers are lost about how to fix the problems but they still expect us to get appointments. They promise better pay but we keep getting less each month. Many people believe the managers are liars and there is no money coming.
