Pros
- Great with professional development, they are very willing to let people try new things - If you ever have an idea, they will take your opinion into account, and they are very open to staff participation in events and design - Very flexible schedule, and always willing to help people out with last-minute conflicts - Work culture is great, very welcoming environment
Cons
- Pay is lower than it should be, if you work here part-time you will need two jobs to pay rent - You can only work 18 hours a week part-time due to a town law - They don't always invest in their employees who have library degrees and tend to hire out instead of promoting people
