Unfortunate - Training Normec Group Employee Review

Experience in industry is good.

You spend every day doing the same mundane task, often for weeks on end. Most of the working day is spent doing nothing and you're often stood doing something pointless like folding papers etc - no point in complaining about this/getting more training as it'll probably never be done or you'll get shouted at. Weird dynamics with a lot of favouritism and bullying - if they don't like you, they'll make it miserable for you. Working conditions are very cold and miserable with people coming in wearings hats and coats under lab coats most of the year. Again no point in complaining as they say it's an improvement from before (yes but not by much). Funnily enough, when the higher ups visit, the heating does get turned on so it is possible for the heating to work! Pay is not great either and not really any benefits.

massively underpaid, could do so much more with the talents they hire but training regime is not very good. Hence high turnover
