Pros
All the employees agree that the company is awful and you can bond over that fact.
Cons
You will be one of 30+ people reporting to the CEO because she wants to micromanage everything you do. She does not trust anyone to actually do their jobs as if we are all part-time students instead of grown adults with degrees and experience. During meetings, she will assert her authority to force you to do things her way as if she knows better than you. The pay is also way below industry average, and the company gives no clear direction on how to advance up the pay scale. If you ask how you can improve, you will be told some bs about meeting unrealistic KPIs that you cannot directly influence. Whatever wage you agree to in your offer is what you will see for the rest of your time there. Lastly, the company is currently being sued for discrimination and also nepo-hired a warehouse worker in 2023 that fired 2 good production engineers for no reason and stole over $30,000 before the CEO stopped protecting her.
