Pros

Some nice people in some teams Good incentives Flexible working

Cons

- HR are a cut throat function with a CHRO that really doesn`t care about people and will lay them off at the drop of a hat. - Overall leadership team - commercial especially but across the Board, can`t understand how these people got their jobs and why are they leading a business when they have appalling behaviours - They have been doing lay offs for the past few years, every quarter. But no one talks about it and they keep pretending like they`re growing and hiring people.

Pros

Norstella has built a culture that genuinely prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and doing what’s best for the company and its people. There’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals, and leaders across the organization are aligned in driving meaningful impact. One of the best parts of working here is the team environment. I truly enjoy working with my direct team as well as peers across different functions. There’s a high level of mutual respect, and people are always willing to support each other and share ideas. It’s not just talk, there’s a real commitment to helping one another succeed. The leadership team fosters an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and employees are empowered to contribute. It creates a space where innovation can thrive, and you feel like your work actually matters.

Cons

Being remote has its difficulties, but overcomable
