Pros
The scientific resources are plentiful. Also, the environment fosters collaboration and interdisciplinary work. Many people in the department are kind, and easy to get along with. Data resources are great--D.H. Hill is a great source of scientific literature.
Cons
There aren't many cons, but if I had to pick a few, I would start with parking. The parking situation there is a pain to say the least. Also, the facilities management people aren't the easiest to work with.
