Pros
A lot will depend on what department you are in but I've only had good experiences with mine. Great manager and coworkers make it a great place to work.
Cons
I've not always been satisfied with the HR functions, sometimes the system seems too slow when changes take effect and each year I sign a new contract, there ends up being a gap in insurance or salary that takes multiple phone calls/emails to resolve.
