      Pros

      NCSU has a nice campus. It is comfortable to work as a graduate student here. The school is also well-know for its engineering departments.

      Cons

      Sometimes limited resources as a research graduate students. Some talent people (professors) in engineering departments are no longer attracted by the school in some cases... This could hurt the future reputation of its engineering departments.

      -State Job -Not too fast paced -When you're in its easier to move around

      Cons

      -Pay is always too low -Months to hire -Favoritism -As staff/support service you are dirt and will be the first to suffer cuts
