Pros
If you can last long enough to qualify for it, their top tier time off is very nice. They do provide a lot of benefits.
Cons
Very aggressive and insulting CEO who insists on micromanaging software development. I have never been screamed at more in any other company I have worked for. Most of the employees now are treated like tools and are easily cast aside. The benefits they have are only so they can claim they have them. They have health care, and did before it was required, but it was never stellar. They have 401k match, but it is capped exceptionally low with a very low match rate. Most of the employees in the company would never hit the cap, but that is because most of them are so poorly paid even if they could afford the 4% personal contribution to hit the employer percentage cap they don't make enough in a year to hit the flat dollar amount cap. The employees that earn enough to hit the cap would find the flat dollar cap insulting. They have largely replaced most of the executive management team and they appear to be heading towards an international outsource mentality, so I would not be surprised to see significant cuts in the workforce.
