I appreciate the feedback in your review as we are always looking for how to improve. I wish you had shared a bit more detail in both the pros and cons so I could provide a more detailed response for you, but I will do my best with what you did provide. First, you acknowledged "some benefits and some training" and that they were "ok". Since you are a former team member I am not sure if you were employed with NAB over the past few years or not, but our benefits and perks such as flexible PTO, Zen Spend Lifestyle Spending Account and our wellness benefits are some of the best in the industry, and much enhanced from where we were a few short years ago. To respond to your cons I reached out to Jim Parkinson, our CXO, to provide you with a clear, well informed response. Like me, Jim was a bit unsure about what you were referring to but he did share, "It is unfortunate that you were not trained correctly and that our products and product strategy was not clear to you while you were employed at NAB. Thank you for your comment and we will relook at how we train and communicate our products and product direction to our current team members going forward."
