Food was always consistently good for the most part

No consistency in foot traffic being that it was no consistency in the kitchen with getting food out on time, Management was always working like regular employees especially when the GM manager or regional manager came in it's almost like all of there authority went out the window and they couldn't make any decisions unless it was okay with the higher ups (like making cuts on a slow day). The overall restaurant just did not operate like a restaurant. No family meals, no consistency in tips or foot traffic, and the management team was not a real managing team. And don't get me started on diversity and inclusion.
