      Good community Great food Decent Pay

      Cons

      Management is noncommunicative and petty. They don't look to grow people front of house, and there are no consequences for attendance, poor performance, or dodging sidework. Managers stand around while complaining about people not doing enough, and display inconsistency in expectations.

      Can make decent tips some nights if you hustle and work hard, not a lot but decent

      Cons

      Everything, management, food times, corporate does not know what it is doing. Everything is falling apart. Cheesecake factory takeover.
