The team I worked with at UpStreet served as some of the greatest mentors of my life. I learned so much about professionalism, tempered with friendship. I had a voice and this team made sure it was heard. I was pushed and challenged, while being celebrated and made comfortable enough to ask questions. What goes on behind the scenes on a Sunday is a true miracle. I am not going into ministry and actually major in PR, but the skills and wisdom learned here gave me all the confidence I needed in my post-grad job search.

Honestly, such an amazing environment. They aren't just nice on Sunday's. This environment was nurturing and vulnerable, it was okay to have bad days and be a human. No bad comments.
